HOW IT WORKS-
Enter your personal information, and select the items you need from the list of items we provide.

We are a donations-based non-profit organization operated entirely by volunteers, but as soon as we receive the items you requested to our donations warehouse, we will contact you to arrange for delivery of your items.

After we contact you with the day and timeframe you can expect items, one of our volunteer groups will bring you the items you requested. Feel free to chat for a while, as our volunteers also desire to offer you friendship and a community to welcome you here.

When your time in Fayetteville comes to an end or your items are no longer needed, please contact us to schedule a pick-up date and our volunteer team will come return your items to our warehouse, so they can be used to serve another international friend in the future.
We provide rent-free, gently used furniture to accommodate your home.

We know how important a mattress is for a good night’s sleep, so we will prioritize a mattress delivery to you even if we don’t yet have the rest of your requested items. We are a donations-based non-profit organization operated entirely by volunteers, so we can only provide for our new international friends what has been generously donated to our Donations Warehouse from the local Northwest Arkansas community. The types of furniture items donated varies constantly. We try to serve you on a first-come, first-served basis, which means that if donations are slow, it may take us some time to get through all the requests in the online queue. However, we do our best to keep donations coming in and will contact you as soon as we receive the items you requested.

Yes, you may pass the items you used on to another international friend when you leave. However, we do ask that you please let us know first so that we can track where the furniture goes. We also request that you ask your friend to return the furniture to us when they no longer need it.

It is our policy to reserve queen and full-sized mattresses for married internationals whose spouse is here with them. We are happy to provide twin mattresses for single students. We do not receive or provide king-sized mattresses.

Because we rely on donations, the inventory at our warehouse constantly fluctuates. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate visits to our warehouse. If you have a specific need, feel free to share details with our team when they contact you to arrange delivery.
